Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, user-centered, and visually compelling digital experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms. In this role, you will transform research insights, user feedback, and product goals into seamless journeys, structured layouts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs. Your work will help users easily compare casino platforms, explore bonus structures, and confidently navigate crypto payment flows in a clear and informative digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end design work: discovery, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, and design QA
- Lead usability studies, interviews, and surveys; synthesize findings into personas, JTBD, and prioritized opportunity areas
- Build and maintain a scalable design system (tokens, components, patterns) in Figma to ensure consistency and speed
- Collaborate with engineering to ship accessible, responsive UI; document specs, states, and edge cases for smooth handoff
- Partner with content/SEO to structure pages for clarity, readability, and conversion; support UX writing where needed
- Define success metrics with product/analytics; run A/B tests and iterate using GA4, heatmaps, and usability feedback
- Advocate WCAG-compliant design (color contrast, keyboard nav, semantics) and performance-aware UI decisions
- Stay current on Web3 UX patterns, casino comparison UX, and responsible gaming guidelines; propose improvements proactively
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of product design experience delivering shipped web or mobile work; portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and craft
- Proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout), prototyping, and basic motion for micro-interactions
- Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to hierarchy, spacing, and typography across breakpoints
- Experience running usability tests and translating insights into pragmatic design iterations
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers; understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, responsive behavior, and design QA
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), analytics-informed iteration, and experimentation (A/B, multivariate)
- Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or iGaming UX; ability to simplify complex or risky flows (KYC, wallets, bonuses)
