Role Summary
We are searching for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Cryptocurrency Gambling Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of the intersection between blockchain technology, digital asset ecosystems, and the online gambling sector. In this role, you will take ownership of our casino analysis framework, conducting in-depth assessments across platform trustworthiness, gameplay quality, crypto-payment infrastructure, fairness and RNG transparency, security posture, regulatory status, and overall user experience. You will translate complex technical, economic, and compliance-based observations into clear, digestible reviews and research reports designed to guide users responsibly through the crypto gaming market.
This position requires a blend of investigative thinking, advanced market awareness, and the ability to extract meaningful insight from fragmented or evolving information sources. You will monitor global regulatory shifts, evaluate industry innovations such as provably-fair technology and decentralized casino models, and identify emerging risks and opportunities that shape the future of blockchain-powered gambling. Your work will directly influence editorial direction, scoring standards, and educational resources, supporting long-term trust and authority across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine a structured evaluation methodology for reviewing crypto casinos, including regulatory oversight, licensing conditions, KYC/AML safeguards, and provably-fair auditing standards
- Conduct hands-on testing of platforms to assess user flow, deposit and withdrawal processes, blockchain confirmation times, wallet compatibility, and transactional fee structures
- Analyze bonus systems, promotional mechanics, wagering rules, VIP programs, and rewards architecture to identify fairness, transparency, and user value
- Research and track international regulatory developments, compiling actionable insights related to jurisdiction-specific requirements and enforcement patterns
- Produce expert reports, long-form reviews, market trend analyses, data briefs, and player guidance content based on verified evidence and structured criteria
- Support content and compliance teams by offering analytical input, fact-checking complex claims, and ensuring data-driven accuracy in published material
- Monitor blockchain gaming startups, token-based wagering projects, smart-contract-driven casino products, and infrastructure advancements
- Maintain versioned scoring, re-evaluate platforms periodically, and rapidly update research when operators change terms, security posture, or licensing conditions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in iGaming research, crypto market analysis, fintech intelligence, Web3 risk assessment, or similar analytical roles
- Thorough understanding of blockchain mechanics, crypto payment flows, smart-contract reliability, wallet operations, and stablecoin dynamics
- Familiarity with casino game mechanics, volatility/RTP concepts, provider ecosystems, RNG certification, and responsible-gaming frameworks
- Ability to evaluate complex bonus terms, player-protection policies, and dispute-resolution processes
- Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to simplify technical research into clear user-focused guidance
- Experience with research tools, analytics dashboards, and fact-verification processes; bonus skills include SQL, Python, or on-chain analysis software
- Detail-oriented mindset, comfort with self-directed work, and a commitment to unbiased, integrity-driven reporting
