Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth, refinement, and long-term success of our global affiliate network within the cryptocurrency casino and rapidly expanding Web3 iGaming landscape. This role is central to our continued market expansion and is designed for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will actively identify and cultivate high-value affiliate partnerships, strengthen brand visibility across digital acquisition channels, and create scalable revenue-generating opportunities through well-managed collaboration, data-based optimization, and innovative campaign development.

In this position, you will serve as a key connector between marketing strategy and business development, guiding affiliates through onboarding, incentivization, campaign support, and performance analysis to maximize mutual growth. You will be expected to understand both traditional affiliate marketing principles and the unique economic, technological, and behavioral drivers shaping blockchain gaming ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across global crypto, fintech, and digital gaming communities
Build strategic partner relationships that drive consistent acquisition and sustainable player value
Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and long-term cooperation contracts
Monitor affiliate activity and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, tracking systems, and reporting tools
Develop creative promotional assets, communication plans, landing pages, and conversion-support materials for partners
Work closely with product and content teams to enhance visibility, optimize funnels, and support partner initiatives
Conduct competitor research to benchmark performance and identify new partnership opportunities
Ensure affiliate activities comply with industry regulations, marketing guidelines, and ethical standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally within the crypto, iGaming, fintech, or Web3 environment
Strong understanding of digital acquisition, affiliate analytics tools, funnel design, and performance-based growth models
Skilled in negotiation, communication, and building long-term business partnerships across different markets
Ability to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for optimal results
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, reporting software, CRM systems, and commission management tools
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously
Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced, globally distributed environment
